We are looking for a Director - Professional Services to lead Veeva’s established and growing Commercial Post-Implementation team. This function consists of a team of high-performing consultants that manage the long-term relationships with our largest biopharma customers on a global stage. The team’s focus is to manage releases, understand the changing needs of the customer, and consult on future innovations of Veeva software to match these business objectives.
This is an exciting role to lead an already high-performing function and help take them to the next level. We’re looking for a strong leader who is able to assess where we are, build effective relationships with team members, wider internal stakeholders and external customers, and shape a future vision for how we can develop Commercial Post-Implementation in the future. You will empower your team of Practice Managers to develop our senior, midweight and graduate consultants in line with this vision for continued customer success.
What You'll Do
Shape the overall vision and drive the strategy for post-implementation that gives greater accountability to Veeva for ongoing customer success
Set the standard for Post-Implementation excellence on Commercial cloud and drive the team forward to deliver against these expectations
Determine hiring goals and work with your Practice Managers to hire high-quality talent at speed and build great teams
Hold your managers accountable to build great teams, develop them, and raise the standards of Post-Implementation
Liaise and collaborate with other Veeva leaders internally across the commercial and development cloud
Establish and develop strategic relationships with our key customers
Keep high levels of satisfaction with post-implementation services and drive increased value
Requirements

15+ years of work experience in an enterprise software consulting environment within a regulated industry (pharma or other) focusing on services (software implementation or post-implementation)
5+ years experience managing large teams through periods of strong growth (50-100 people)
Has led teams in an international environment based across multiple countries. Has to have led large teams in Hungary as part of this
