Practice Liaison (Physician Liaison / Provider Relations)

We’re hiring a Practice Liaison to grow referrals and patient volume across six clinics in San Diego. This is a field-based role where your success is measured by relationships and results — not office hours.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and office staff

  Visit provider offices regularly to keep referrals flowing

  Educate partners on services, outcomes, and patient success stories

  Track referral activity and share insights with clinic managers

  
  


• 
  

  Create simple outreach and marketing plans to stay top-of-mind

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the main contact between clinics and referral sources

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years in sales, business development, account management, or healthcare marketing

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, data-driven, and goal-focused

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily across San Diego

  
  

• 
  

  Base Salary: $50,000 (salaried, non-exempt)

  
  


• 
  

  Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually, based on referrals generated

  
  


• 
  

  Total Earning Potential: Up to $110,000 per year
