Atlantic Vision Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Manager to join our team at Shenandoah LASIK & Cataract Center in Winchester, Virginia. Our clinic provides exceptional patient care seeing general ophthalmology cases, performing laser vision correction, and cataract surgery. As a Practice Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and become an integral part of our dedicated and experienced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and flow of the clinic to ensure low wait times, high patient care, and stellar patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure the clinic achieves operating targets with respect to both performance and budget.
  • Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all partners, leadership, and team members.
  • Market the clinic and sister clinics to the community through various efforts both in person and digitally through blog and social media posts.
