We're looking for a Dental Practice Manager/Treatment Plan Coordinator! You will be joining a group of talented, like-minded individuals who choose to commit to each other as a team. We believe we are in a unique position to change people’s lives for the better.

Practice Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operation and patient flow.
• Conduct new patient consultations, present treatment plan, fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the  decision to say “Yes!”
• Motivate the team to achieve production and collection goals
• Oversee patient experience, ensuring satisfied customers, positive reviews, and patient referrals.
• Understand and monitor practice stats and reports.
• Assist in the selection, orientation, and training of new team members.
• Organize, attend, and participate in leadership meetings.
• Create a culture of respect, accountability, teamwork, and fun.
• Innovate and problem solve challenges that arise.
• Supervise the team and provide proper documentation as needed.
• Provide documents and reports on deadlines and regular updates on opportunities and progress.
• Back up where needed.
• Communication with patients, suppliers, management, and co-workers.
• Participating in direct patient engagement from phone calls, greetings, treatment planning, and follow-ups.

Practice Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of Dental office experience
• In-depth knowledge of implant dentistry and ability to describe procedures in simple language
• Influencing/negotiation skills, Consultative sales experience
• Overcome objections to proposed treatment
• Understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and all dentistry safety guidelines.
• Patient Financing experience preferred (Care Credit, Proceed Finance, Springstone, Fortiva, etc)
• Ability to build and maintain a positive and productive relationship with providers
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
