This role requires balancing administrative oversight, such as budgeting and workflow optimization, with strong interpersonal leadership to support providers and staff

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, facilitate communication across teams, and act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations.
• Financial & Performance Management: Manage budgets, review monthly financial statements, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach staff, participate in training new managers, and drive employee engagement by modeling Vera’s values.
• Strategic Alignment: Implement policies and procedures, manage staffing models, and collaborate with leadership to execute organizational goals.
• Client & Patient Focus: Serve as a trusted partner for clients by resolving concerns and ensuring the care center meets contractual expectations.
