Practice Manager

Our private orthodontic office is seeking an experienced orthodontic leader who excels at case acceptance, patient experience, team leadership, and driving practice growth. This is not a traditional office manager position – we’re looking for someone who enjoys building a high-performing team and helping grow a thriving orthodontic practice in Burbank, CA area! Compensation: $42-48 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ortho management experience
• Leadership skills that drive new patient conversion
• A professional who is patient-focused and excels in building relationships
• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
• Oversees KPI’s and Collections
• Handles HR and operations
• Financial/Insurance experience is required
• Itero scanning experience is a plus
