Positive Impact Dental Alliance is looking for a Practice Coach (Regional Manager) who is a motivated team player who brings an attitude of resilience, support, and adaptability, and collaborates closely with the executive team. This Practice coach would be in the AREA NAME area.

Job-Specific Expectations:

• Lead and manage 5-9 dental practices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Drive practice performance and success through effective operational strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to practice managers, providers, and staff.
• Monitor and analyze P&L and financial reports to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement and ensure adherence to standard processes and protocols.
• Support new practice integration and onboarding processes.
• Monitor and manage practice performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the executive team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in multi-site dental management.
• Strong understanding of P&L and financial reports.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas of improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and tasks concurrently and timely.
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
