Are you passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes, strengthen operations, and achieve measurable results? We're partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Practice Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic partner to practices across a defined market.

You'll work directly with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders to analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives related to quality, utilization, operational efficiency, and value-based care programs.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with physician practices and healthcare leaders.

Lead performance reviews and strategic business discussions.

Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Drive accountability around performance goals and action plans.

Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, patient outcomes, and practice performance.

Present recommendations and performance insights to both provider and executive audiences.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Nursing, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, value-based care, quality improvement, practice transformation, account management, or a related area.

Experience working with physician practices, healthcare providers, or healthcare executives.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations and influence change.
