AFC Urgent Care is the nation's leading provider of urgent care with more than 200 centers across the US. We are seeking a PRACTICE SUPERVISOR to join our team and become part of our growth in San Diego County.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Practice Supervisor leads by example and works collaboratively with management enabling the medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care while fostering high staff morale. The primary responsibilities of the Practice Supervisor include the supervision, training and development of clinic support staff, management of clinic resources, maintaining AFC San Diego standards & policies, and serving as a role model of professional, caring conduct. The ability to communicate with patients and co-workers in a professional, respectful and cordial manner is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Business Management preferred or Associates Degree and/or technical certification with at least two years of supervisory experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Highly independent with strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills - i.e. schedules, inventory, and ongoing compliance tasks
- Being detailed oriented.
- Highly independent with strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding the concepts of universal precautions, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
