Pre Expander Operator

Description

As a pre-expander Operator, you are responsible for facilitating the block molding process and operating the company's pre-expander equipment to provide for adequate expanded resins in the designated and specified densities to meet the facilities production requirements. 

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent 

· Previous experience operating pre-expanding equipment in a manufacturing environment 

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics 

· Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping 

· Strong attention to detail and quality control 

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

· Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
