What You’ll Do:

  Lead and develop the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed performance goals

  Appraise and price trade-ins and purchases to ensure profitability and inventory turn

  Manage vehicle inventory, merchandising, and online presence

  Partner with marketing to promote pre-owned vehicles through digital and traditional channels

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction

  Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

  Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and state regulations

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

  3+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role

  Proven success in a used vehicle department

  Strong leadership and team-building skills

  Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and inventory management systems
