Precast Dispatcher

TITLE:   PRECAST DISPATCHER 

REPORTS TO: PRECAST DIRECTOR                                                             

JOB PURPOSE:

The ideal precast dispatcher will be able to monitor situations by phone or radio, use mapping software to locate the best routes, and keep track of drivers' locations in our fast-paced precast environment.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor and maintain multi-line communication systems


• Organize and deliver strategy based on field personnel and the urgency of requests


• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems


• Determines, monitors, and ensures the availability of units to dispatch


• Ensure trucks have the proper licensing and permits


• Manage all precast drivers time and efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dispatch experience preferred


• Monday – Friday 40-50 hours per week


• Office environment
