Will be a clear communicator who can read and understand complex instructions. Be comfortable working with microscopes, soldering tools, and small mechanical components. Be committed to safe work practices and continuous quality improvement within a dynamic RF assembly environment. Possess a strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity. Have strong leadership and communication skills. High school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in assembling products using standard electromechanical techniques with basic handheld tools. Experience with AirVac rework technology and machines, and solder paste operations. Experience with drawing interpretation, surface mount, thru hole, and leaded device install etc. Experience soldering in accordance with specified workmanship standards. Experience with shop safety practices and procedures during assembly operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials. Ability to work Second Shift. Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance Experience performing precision assembly and soldering. IPC610 and JSTD-001 certified. Active SECRET security clearance.
