You’ll be a key player in ensuring our high-performance components meet the exacting standards of industries that simply can’t afford failure—like aerospace, medical, and defense.

💼 What You’ll Do

• ✅ Maintain required Operator Authorization(s)
• 📏 Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specs
• 🛠️ Set up and perform complex precision inspections
• 📐 Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm accuracy
• 🤝 Partner with engineering to develop inspection techniques
• 🧾 Conduct first piece and first article inspections (AS9102)
• 🔍 Help identify root causes and support process improvement
• 🧪 Operate CMMs and other precision inspection tools
• 🧾 Manage customer source inspection visits and documentation
• 👥 Mentor and train other inspectors

Hourly Rate Range:  $29.00 - $34.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential.  Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
