Busy and
growing Milwaukee manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Service
Tech to perform onsite installation, supervision, and repair of large custom
machines.  This includes new machines and
aftermarket parts installation.  Position
requires extensive travel worldwide.  The
ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills in addition to the
technical requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
OF THE SERVICE TECH:

·        Depth
of understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

·        Precision
Mechanical Millwright background

·        Install,
repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot custom machines

·        Arrange
all repairs and prioritize service schedules according to customer demands

·        Assemble
and manage team for on -site repairs

·        Make recommendations on
product improvements and modifications

·        Provide responsive and
courteous regional customer service and technical support

·        Make recommendations on
product improvements and modifications

·        Conduct on -site training
on compactor and granulator operation & maintenance if requested by the
customer

·        Complete necessary
service documentation and other reports as required

·        Collaborate with Company
teams to meet customer requirements

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
OF THE SERVICE TECH:

·        Minimum
5 years’ experience with diagnosis and repair of heavy duty mechanical
applications, inclusive of large rotating, high torque -low speed applications

·        Skilled
blueprint reading

·        Self -starter
with strong drive to meet customer needs

·        Proficient
in MS Office

·        Operate
overhead crane to move parts 1 -20 tons

·        Ability
to lift 50 pounds

·        Valid
driver license

·        Valid
US Passport (or ability to get one)

·        No
travel restrictions or limitations to enter any countries
