Job Description - Preconstruction Coordinator

Miko, LLC is looking for a reliable and energetic preconstruction coordinator with experience in home remodeling, commercial, and/or government construction. The preconstruction coordinator will work with a team from project initiation to closing. Duties will include: hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, preparing submittals, and providing all necessary assistance or technical support. Prefer someone with an engineering mind and good analytical skills. The project manager will represent the company with complete customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines and staying within the budget as the goal.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
