Sending out Project updates internal and external

MWDBE outreach and good faith

Bid Responsibility Matrix

Bid Package assembly (Owner Forms, Bid Bonds) (Heavy Civil and WaterWorks)

Request Bid Bonds

Attend Pre-bids

Assist on CSP and CMAR

Update Competition Tracking Sheet

Update Bid Schedule

Control Estimating Calendar

Input Master Purchase Orders

Other duties as assigned
