Ulliman Schutte is looking an experienced Preconstruction Engineer / Estimator to work in our office in Miamisburg, Ohio. 

Preconstruction Engineer / Estimator Daily Life

• Perform estimating on hard bid and collaborative delivery projects at multiple phases of project design


• Partner with and maintain positive relationships with Subcontractors and Vendors in areas of responsibility.


• Training and development of Co-ops and Interns.


• Support Lead Estimators, Chief Estimators and Pre-Construction Managers in a wide variety of other tasks as assigned.

Preconstruction Engineer / Estimator Must Haves

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering.


• or, BS in Construction Management


• Passion for Water Infrastructure Construction


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preconstruction Engineer / Estimator Nice to Haves

• Previous experience in Water Infrastructure Construction.


• Previous experience in cost estimating and parameter estimating
