Preconstruction Manager position in DC/Maryland

We are a large, growing construction company looking for a top-notch Preconstruction Manager to add to our team.  This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with existing and target clients


• Attend industry events


• Generate increased revenues and profits with current and future clients


• Be involved with marketing and planning

Requirements:

• Local in DC/Maryland Area


• Stable work-history


• Commercial construction sales experience

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Construction Management or similar


• Strong business development and sales in commercial construction industry
