Job Description - Preconstruction Manager - Design Build

This Seattle -based Design -Build CM firm works extensively in the financial, retail and private higher -education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base, extensive repeat users and a broad network in specific market sectors, they are growing their pre -construction team.

They are hiring an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team and help lead projects from early client engagement, design -development, risk management, budgeting and procurement.
