A company in the Sparks, NV area is looking for a Construction Planning Specialist to join their team. This will be supporting a project throughout the rest of the year for a large commercial plant. The Planning Specialist works closely with internal teammates, design team, and owner to provide preconstruction planning support on multiple projects including scope writing, developing project schedules, bid solicitations, pre- construction meeting walkthroughs, and post-bid interviews. This position will assist the Director of Safety Planning & Construction Technology with logistics planning initiatives as needed.

5+ years of experience in pre-construction planning for commercial projects
Prior experience writing scopes
Ability to be on site null
