This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that plays a critical part in the success of our sales and service operations. If you’re organized, reliable, and take pride in making things run smoothly, this could be the opportunity of a lifetime.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and organize the physical vehicle lot — ensuring vehicles are aligned, accounted for, and ready for distribution.


• Perform pre-delivery inspections and quality checks before vehicles reach the sales floor.


• Coordinate with all Patterson dealerships at the Tustin Auto Center to manage vehicle flow and readiness.


• Communicate clearly with sales and service managers to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.


• Work independently to improve vehicle quality, inspection standards, and dealership support.

• A mature, hard-working, self-starter with strong follow-through.


• Someone with light technical skills and the ability to work independently.


• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage a large inventory across multiple lots.


• Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude and pride in getting the job done right.
