Pre-Enrollment Technician

Responsible for the initial setup of new Customer groups and annual maintenance of reservice Customer groups with appropriate account structure (MCH, MCP, Distribution IDs, bill modes, plan year) and plan availability that supports accurate and timely enrollment setup used in the sale of insurance products/services to employee customers. Provides subject matter expertise in coordinating with Underwriting, Product Strategy, Sales and Enrollment Solutions to ensure all products, plans, and services are set up correctly and in conjunction with the business unit's operating practices and administrative procedures. Utilizes and modifies source system technology including Mainframe, OIPA, Salesforce, Alegeus and Section 125.
