What You’ll Do:

Create and lead engaging educational and recreational activities

Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment

Collaborate with fellow educators to develop creative curriculum ideas

Build strong relationships with families through daily communication

Experience the joy of watching children learn, grow, and thrive

What We’re Looking For:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

CDA credential (preferred)

1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred)

Completion of state-required pre-service training

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage classroom dynamics with professionalism and care

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle young children

Must meet background check requirements

Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
