About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K teacher to join our team at Wayne Early Learning Center in Wayne, PA. As a Pre-K teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young children’s lives and help them develop essential skills for their future.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals

Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for young children

Assess and monitor children’s progress and communicate with parents/guardians

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times

Requirements:

At least one year experience working in childcare and/or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor
