Pre-K Teacher

We’re looking for reliable and energetic Pre-K Teachers in Kansas City, MO to join our team. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role lets you choose your schedule while making a difference for children and families.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain a warm, welcoming classroom environment for children ages 0–5
- Follow daily routines and lesson plans provided by the center
- Engage children in play-based learning and age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all children at all times
- Build positive relationships with center staff, children, and families
- Step into different classrooms and adapt quickly to new settings

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; ECE coursework or degree preferred
- Must pass required state background checks and health screenings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned centers
- Flexible, dependable, and committed to quality care
