About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher Aide to join our substitute teaching pool for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. You’ll play a key part in supporting the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 5 years old while working alongside lead teachers.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math, and overall development.
• Assist with classroom management and encourage positive behavior.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.

✔ Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
✔ Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood best practices.
✔ High School Diploma required.
✔ Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young learners.
✔ A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
