Job Summary

Our Pre- Litigation Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case (up to the filing of a complaint) including, but not limited to:

• Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members
• Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case
• Providing guidance and counsel to clients
• Medical case review
• Research and legal analysis
• Negotiating and authorizing settlements in the pre-litigation stage

Qualifications and Skills

• A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
• At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
• The ability to handle a large and active caseload
• Prioritization of client representation and customer service
• Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
• Success providing direction and guidance to your team
• Formidable negotiation skills
