Position Highlights:

• Spend the majority of your time performing premium cataract & refractive procedures, working with cutting-edge technology and advanced lens options, including:
• Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (LACS) with femtosecond laser
• Light Adjustable Lenses (LALs)
• Multifocal and Extended Depth-of-Focus (EDOF) Lenses
• Toric Lenses
• Collaborate directly with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Executive Committee to drive clinical excellence and educate both patients and colleagues on emerging technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Immediate access to high surgical volumes (2,000+ cases per year) with a focus on superior patient care.
• Serve as the clinical champion for premium surgical solutions and patient education.
