Job Description - Premium Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

CEF is hiring dynamic individuals to assist new owners of premium consumer electronics devices. This role handles both incoming and outgoing contacts to educate customers on their products and to ensure proper installation and functionality. It requires exceptional customer service skills and a drive to deliver a premium experience.

Key Functions:

- Deliver premium service experiences to customers of high-end products.

- Own onboarding process for new product owners

- Resolve questions related to technical functions of products.

- Support multi-channel interactions (not limited to phone, email, SMS, and chat)

- Develop ideas to improve customer and employee experiences.

- Interact with clients and attend weekly calls with clients.

Basic Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience working as a customer service representative

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls incoming and outgoing customer contacts

- Ability to build and strengthen bonds with customers over multiple channels

- Adaptability in an experimental evolving work environment

- Willingness to learn complex processes for high-end products

- Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's (4 years full time) and/or Associate's (2 years full time) degree

- Experience in a technical support role preferably with consumer electronics

- Experience handling achieving successful NPS or CSAT goals

- Experience in human behavior analysis and/or A/B testing is preferred

Work Location:

Fort Lee, NJ |Expected to work in-person daily.

Status:
