Pre-Op/PACU Nurse (RN) Manager

East Coast Surgery Center is a growing, state-of-the-art, Ambulatory Surgery Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Our team of ten Surgeons, ten Mid-Level Providers and our dynamic clinical team are dedicated to providing compassionate and cutting-edge orthopedic care. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Pre-Op/PACU Nurse (RN) Manager to join our lively team.

This position involves daytime shift work; no weekends, no holidays, no call!

Position Expectations:

This position performs a dual function, clinical and supervisory. As the Pre-Op/PACU Nurse Manager you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performing coaching and disciplinary actions for OR Nurses, and participating in recruitment of staff.

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Must hold a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of Florida
• Current American Heart BLS certification and ACLS/PALS
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in an outpatient surgical setting
