About the role:

The Pre-Owned Automotive Sales position at Hiley Buick GMC is a critical role within our organization. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their search for quality pre-owned vehicles. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in their vehicle search by understanding their needs and preferences


• Showcase and demonstrate features of pre-owned vehicles


• Provide accurate information and answer any questions related to vehicle specifications, financing options, and pricing


• Negotiate and close sales deals


• Collaborate with other team members to provide outstanding customer service


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and trends

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships


• Knowledge of vehicles, including their features and specifications


• Excellent negotiation and closing skills


• Familiarity with financing and leasing options


• Valid driver's license
