Pre-Owned Inventory Manager

Summary:

The Pre-Owned Inventory Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inventory used, including supervision of the lot and detail teams. This role ensures vehicles are efficiently processed, reconditioned, and properly displayed. The position supports the department in maximizing vehicle visibility, minimizing inventory aging, and maintaining a clean and organized lot.

Job Responsibilities:

• Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of the Used Car department


• Maintains cleanliness of the Used Car department


• Assist Used Car department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations


• Wash Service customer vehicles, as needed


• Supervise the detailed team and ensure all vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer presentation standards


• Enforce lot safety standards and ensure proper key and vehicle control


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
