Pre-Owned Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Schicker Ford of St. Louis is currently seeking a driven, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Pre-Owned Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, establishing trust and rapport.

  Guide customers through the vehicle buying process, from test drive to delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Present and demonstrate a variety of pre-owned vehicles from multiple brands.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong product knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotions.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with potential and past customers to generate leads and build relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers in understanding vehicle features, warranties, and financing terms.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall dealership objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately complete all sales documentation and submit necessary paperwork.

  Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  Organized with good time management skills

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred, but not required
