Job Description - Pre-Owned Sales Manager



Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast is an award-winning Mercedes-Benz dealership, serving the Atlanta metro area since 1975. Responsibilities:



  • Manage and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize pre-owned vehicle profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote pre-owned inventory through various channels.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Oversee inventory management, including pricing, selection, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Train, coach, and develop sales staff to enhance performance and professional growth.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a luxury brand environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of pre-owned vehicle retail and inventory management.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to drive business decisions.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in CRM and automotive sales software systems.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in Buford, GA.
