Job Description - Prep Cook

• Keeping the kitchen clean and orderly
• Ensuring all ingredients are in stock for the Chef to complete their menu
• Washing cutlery and dishes
• Parboiling foods, allowing the Chef to prepare the menu more efficiently
• Seasoning and preparing the necessary ingredients for cooking
• Preparing some dishes such as salads or other less complex menu items
• Setting out all the Chef’s ingredients before each shift and refill as necessary

Sol’Delish Clt is a newly established restaurant with enticing dishes specializing in American, Soul and Seafood cuisine. We serve lunch, brunch, and dinner as well as a variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. We, as a team at Sol’Delish Clt work collectively to ensure our customers enjoy mouth-watering food as well as an above satisfactory experience at each visit. Patrons are sure to enjoy our Indoor and outdoor patio seating and online ordering services to meet the needs of all our customers.
