Prep Cook

 This position prepares necessary food items for the daily operation of the kitchen.    

 Responsibilities include: 

• Complete daily established prep list within established time frame.  
• May need to prepare food cooked to order 
• Ensures that guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
• Returns all prepared food to designated areas 
• Labels, dates and signs all prepared foods 
• Cleans and breaks down station 

 Requirements

• Minimum one year restaurant culinary experience 
• Good Knowledge of kitchen operations 
• Able to follow standard recipes
• Able to competently work an assigned station

Culinary school education a plus
