Prep Cook

Responsibilities: 

· Patient tray preparation, food preparation, and serving meals. 

· Putting away inventory, managing stock rotation, dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen clean-up. 

· May need to jump in and help cook if needed.

· Responsible for the preparation of menu items 

· Maintaining a safe and clean environment and being attentive to patient needs

Requirements: 

Hours: 40 hours per week – Must be flexible on days may include a Saturday or Sunday. May need to work on a Holiday.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 year’s previous experience.
• Dietary Healthcare background is a plus. 
• Hospitality training and/or Culinary Arts training a plus.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift 25 LBS. 
• The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and team oriented with ability to multi-task.
