Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards

- Cut, portion, and organize produce and seasonal ingredients for daily use

- Assist in preparing ingredients for brunch menu items and other kitchen needs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and storage areas

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Support the kitchen team in ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation processes

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a prep cook or similar kitchen role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Passion for quality food and teamwork

- Availability must include: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
