Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read and execute the daily prep sheet.
• Prepare all items following The Hangar's legendary recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked walk-in refrigerator.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to all storage, rotation (FIFO), safety, and sanitation practices.
