Prep Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Riverside Country Club in Bozeman, MT. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of ingredients and ensure all items are ready to support the kitchen staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients including washing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes.


• Assist chefs and cooks with basic cooking tasks as needed.


• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.


• Store food properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.


• Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen.


• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred but not required.


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.


• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.


• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.


• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
