All employees are expected to arrive at work on the scheduled time. You must have good hygiene and have clean clothes every shift. Prep Cook positions must be able to read and follow instructions from recipe books. You must get along with your coworkers. You must not leave until your assigned prep is complete and a supervisor instructs it's ok to punch out. If sick you must cover your shift or get a doctors note. Once you are a SaltWater Grill employee for 30 days with no missed time you will receive $1 per hour raise.
