The Dishwasher/Prep Cook plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the Won’t Stop Hospitality kitchen while also supporting daily food preparation needs. Energetic, hardworking, and detail-oriented, this position ensures that all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to company standards while assisting with a prep-heavy workload that supports kitchen operations and service execution.
This role contributes directly to the guest experience by supporting a clean, safe, organized, and efficient back-of-house operation. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, the Dishwasher/Prep Cook upholds the company’s radically different and radically better service philosophy through teamwork, consistency, and pride in every task. Prep experience is preferred, as this position will regularly assist with food preparation and kitchen support duties.

Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation preferred.
Prep cook experience preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to work collaboratively under the direction of the Kitchen Manager and BoH Shift Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred. Must demonstrate basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write and speak fluently, in the primary language of the property location.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense, define problems, collect data and notify management when necessary. Ability to successfully re-prioritize tasks in a moment’s notice.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
