Prep Cook / Line Cook

We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team! As a line cook / prep cook you will keep our kitchen clean and organized and help prep our made-from-scratch kitchen! We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, has a good attention to detail, and is a team player.

Duties include:

- Cutting and chopping produce

- Measuring and portioning meat

- Keeping our line stocked

- Cooking on the line 

- Mopping & Sweeping

- Following basic recipes to make sauces
