The Newport Harbor Yacht Club is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our menu specifications and standards. • Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring quality and consistency


• Follow recipes and food preparation procedures


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen


• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed


• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role


• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work well as part of a team


• Valid food handling and sanitation certificate preferred

• $20 - $23 per hour compensation
