Coral Ridge Mall Chick-fil-A is currently seeking candidates for a unique opportunity to be a Prep Lead in our business, serving under our Kitchen Director, as we provide our delicious salads, fresh fruit, and wraps to our guests.

This full-time opportunity is 36-40 hours a week, with starting pay (during training) at $18 an hour, and a top end up to $20 (depending on experience) and after proven ability to consistently execute expectations.

**Job includes ALL Sundays off but will be five days a week: mornings, Saturday and Monday availability are a must**

Key Duties:

• Maintain Food Safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Assembling all Prep Food Items: Salads, Wraps, Fruit Cups, Mac and Cheese trays, etc.
• Assist in the daily preparation of Catering orders.
• Coordinate ordering of produce and other prep items
• Execute and hold others accountable to labeling systems
• Monitor/reduce/input Food waste
• Communicate with Kitchen leader about daily build-to trays for prep and catering
• Coordinate Day to Night prep transitions and Saturday to Monday prep transitions
• Support assembly of food in the Kitchen
• Maintain a neat an orderly work station and walk-in cooler
