Partner Forces is seeking an experienced Preparedness Program Manager to lead planning, training, and exercise initiatives supporting federal government clients. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent activities, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams to deliver meaningful mission impact. This is a pipeline position supporting an active proposal effort for a high-visibility federal program opportunity. Candidates selected for this role will be expected to actively participate in the proposal process, including contributing to solutioning discussions, transition planning, and oral presentations as part of the competitive procurement process.
