Description
We are currently seeking a full-time, Pre-Press Manager for our fast-growing, digitally printed label and packaging company in Hamilton, OH. The position will report directly to the Director of Pre-Press.
The Pre-Press Manager is responsible for overseeing the Pre-Press Graphic Specialist team including providing strong leadership, training and mentoring. In addition, the Manager will coordinate department workload to ensure a timely, successful, and accurate final product.
Ideal candidates have extensive technical experience in pre-press operations, file preparation, and color management, and in addition are self-motivated, possess critical-thinking skills, willing to challenge the status quo, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
