Job Overview:


We’re hiring a Prepress Production Specialist to support our Creative Services team. This role is responsible for preparing digital artwork for production across multiple formats: digital print, offset, large format signage, and decorated apparel (screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film). You’ll ensure every file is press-ready, accurate, and optimized for smooth production.



Responsibilities:



  • Preflight, correct, and prepare customer and in-house artwork for print production



  • Output files to digital, offset, large format, and apparel workflows



  • Ensure files meet color, resolution, and layout requirements for each output type



  • Collaborate with designers, production staff, and sales to meet specs and deadlines



  • Organize and manage files, templates, and job documentation



  • Troubleshoot file issues to avoid production delays or rework



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of prepress or print production experience



  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)



  • Working knowledge of digital print, large format, and apparel production processes



  • Strong understanding of CMYK, spot color, vector/raster formats, and print specs



  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient under tight deadlines



  • Bonus: Experience with RIP software (Fiery, Onyx), embroidery digitizing, or screen print separations

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
