Pre-Production Logo Coordinator

Description

To ensure the timely handling of all approved logo orders along with providing accurate and complete decoration instructions on a per order basis to Production.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare decoration instructions to Production for approved logos on a per order basis through Tracker, ensuring that the customer’s instructions are followed accurately and completely.
• Confirm completed orders in AX or pass orders on credit hold to Credit via updating pool codes in AX. 
• Review reports to ensure Production color instructions are prepared and orders are Confirmed in a timely manner.
• Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Requirements

1. High school graduate.
2. Six to twelve months of Customer Service, embroidery machine operation or other related experience. 
3. Possess a great sense of color and design. 
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Intermediate level of Windows navigation. 
8. Familiarity with all sports teams a plus.
